Established in 2014, the Service Excellence Awards recognise and reward businesses that deliver exceptional customer service across the northern Bellarine.

Each year (April–May), we invite the community to nominate businesses that go above and beyond in creating positive customer experiences.

The awards cover businesses located in:

💛 The nominator also receives a cash prize in appreciation of their submission.
